Craig and Hannah long to see people encounter Jesus and be mobilised to reach out to others in love and compassion. Craig and Hannah are responsible for the leadership of the church. Decision making happens in relationship with those connected to the area involved. Ministry team leaders are responsible for the areas they lead.
Marc oversees evangelism, Sunday mornings and family life. Marc is passionate about seeing people come to know the freedom found in Jesus and, in doing so, discover life in all its fullness.
Youth and Young Adult Pastor
Lauren oversees the youth team, student ministry and the young adult community. Lauren has a heart for young people and believes that the student and teenage years are the most significant in our lives. She dreams of a generation rising up to take their place and shake the world for the glory of God.
Claire is our Kids Pastor and oversees Planet Kids (0-11). She is excited about children experiencing how much they are loved by God and growing in their relationship with Jesus at each stage of growing up. She is passionate about families worshipping together and building faith together.
Beccles Site Pastors
Naomi and Ben oversee our Beccles site. Living and working in Beccles they are passionate about the town and creating a local expression of Gateway Vineyard in Beccles. They want to make church and Jesus accessible for everyone and anyone so that they feel loved and welcomed.
We believe that Christ has put significant leadership authority in the hands of the pastors and the pastoral team. We aim to exercise that authority with humility, selflessness, grace, care for the sheep, and a sincere desire to build up the Body of Christ. (Romans 12:9-10)
Gateway Vineyard are part of a growing movement of over 2500 churches worldwide. The Vineyard UK and Ireland is led by John & Debbie Wright with a leadership group, with each regional area having oversight. Craig and Hannah are accountable to their regional overseers and also to the other Directors of Gateway Vineyard; Matt Stuart, Nikki Adlam, Paul Cracknell, Angela Greaves and John Squires.
